Vince Yauger
Associate Vice President
Mr. Yauger has 41-years of experience in the construction industry, working as a program and project manager for both private industry and the government sector. His construction experience covers a broad spectrum of building types, ranging from small residences to multi-million-dollar high-rise projects, airport terminals, correctional facilities, and higher education projects of all types. As an Associate Vice President of North Texas Operations for Broaddus & Associates, Vince is currently supporting several large programs and project management teams throughout the DFW metroplex.
Effective auditing of construction activity plays a vital role in successfully managing capital projects. Mr. Yauger gained experience from the Owner’s perspective while working in Facilities Planning and Construction for 11+ years with the University of Texas System. Since joining Broaddus & Associates in 2019, he continues to represent Owners in his current role providing Owner Representation of large Capital Programs. Vince is a former speaker at CAACCI’s Best Practices Workshops (2019 – Austin and 2015 – Plano).
Mr. Yauger earned a Master of Science in Leadership & Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Environmental Design (Architecture) from Texas A&M University, and served as an armor officer in the Texas Army National Guard. He also holds multiple professional certifications: Project Management Professional (2011), CMAA – Certified Construction Manager (2017), LEED Accredited Professional (2004), and Registered Architect (1999 – Texas).
