Ashley Humphries

Senior Construction Auditor

R. L. Townsend & Associates, LLC

Ashley Humphries joined R. L. Townsend & Associates, LLC in 2015. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas with previous work experience in international oil and gas. She has experience in public speaking and professional development training related to construction audit and cost control.

Ashley is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Construction Auditor. Her construction auditing experience includes cost control and analysis of projects in the healthcare, education, industrial, and real estate development industries with GMP’s ranging from $10,000,000 to $450,000,000.

Currently she is the in-charge senior construction auditor for the following Cost-Plus Fee construction projects:
