She excels in offering specialized assistance to clients engaged in complex construction projects valued between $10 million and $5 billion across the United States, Europe, and Central America.
Charnee’s expertise is rooted in conducting thorough evaluations of construction contracts, conducting meticulous audits to assess construction costs, performing in-depth reviews of policies and procedures, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, conducting performance audits related to bonds, and offering crucial support services for litigation cases.
Throughout her career, Charnee has successfully designed and led initiatives that not only bolstered project efficiency and internal controls but also resulted in noteworthy cost reductions and financial recoveries for her clients. Beyond her extensive consulting experience, Charnee has also held the role of an internal audit manager at a prominent construction management firm.
